Wonderful Experience!
The property was clean and as described. The private beach was perfect. Communication with the owners/property managers was easy. Perdido Key didn’t have all the traffic and everything you need is right there. If you want to get a little more touristy, Orange Beach is just a few minutes away and we even went into Destin a couple of times. We had a wonderful, stress free week and will be going back!

Wonderful Vacation!
Perdido Key is beautiful! Check in and communication was easy. Condo was as described... even better! Beautifully decorated and kitchen was very well stocked. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice. The balcony was large and had a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico ,you also had a view of the bay from the corner of the balcony. Pelicans, seagulls, crabs and Dolphins were fun to watch each day. The pool and hot tub were nice also. It was our first visit and we plan to return! The only minor inconvenience was a tight parking garage but we were able to park across the street when it was difficult to angle in our assigned parking space. That is being picky because we would definitely return to this beautiful unit.

Beautiful Blue Angel Weekend
We visit Pensacola nearly every year for the Blue Angels Homecoming weekend. (I'm retired Navy). We usually rent on the water in Perdido Key. We like to try different units. We were very impressed with 1501 Windermere . It is as nice as the pictures. The condo is very nicely furnished, and there is no evidence of rental wear and tear that we had noticed in other units we have rented. The location is excellent and the view from the 15th floor is spectacular. Luxury Coastal Vacations were very helpful with the check-in, I'm sure they would have also been helpful with any problems. There were no problems. This condo will top our list when we search for next years stay.

Our condo was just like it appeared on the website and as soon as we walked in we could tell it had been cleaned extremely well. The view was amazing and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Fun time
I rented the condo for 9 days and had the family for half and friends for the second half. Everyone had a great time. Comfortable condo and nice view. The outside chairs could use some cushions so your lower half doesn’t go numb while enjoying the view.

Best Beach View Ever!
So close to the beach! Awesome view! Great pool. Good hot tub. This particular condo doesn’t provide any beach items or beach towels so bring those with you.

Great location, clean, everything worked, comfortable and a gorgeous view. The wrap around balcony was very nice. The booking process, arrival and departure all went without a hitch. I received all the codes and arrival information well before my arrival date and all the codes worked. I would definitely book this unit again.

The property was well kept and clean.
I enjoyed my vacation and appreciated the way security was set up with the codes. It made getting in and out of condo easy for everyone. Plus, you do not have to keep up with a FOB. I also enjoyed the location, the beaches are not overly crowded and you are not to far from restaurants and attractions.The condo itself made us feel like it was home.

Beach Bliss
The condo met our needs very well. It was clean, well stocked, and roomy. a big plus was a bathroom for every bedroom. The best plus--drifting off each night to the sound of the Gulf to those lucky ones in the master bedroom.

Trading the tail for the veil
The condo was amazing! It was beautiful and clean. Had all the admeties needed. All the different codes from the garage to the room was a little much but other wise my stay was phenomenal and I’ll be staying again.

Great vacation
Location - Great! Not far from activity in Orange Beach, but much less crowded. We definitely had construction noise from a couple of surrounding properties, but nothing that bothered us. Cleanliness - Saw the commons areas of the building being cleaned often. The unit itself was clean except the floors could use a good scrub. The sand was minimal and the floor seemed clean, but our bare feet would turn black after walking around for awhile in the unit. Check in/out - Pleasantly surprised to get a text message that the unit was ready early (around 2pm) for check in! Instructions for check out were clear and easy to follow. Accuracy - The listing description/pictures were 100% accurate. Would I return? Probably not, but no fault to the condo. It just wasn’t a good fit for us. Having the beach access on Level 1 and the pool on Level 3 made going back and forth with a preschooler very difficult. Would definitely recommend for families with older children or adult groups! The elevators were timely and the grounds were well kept.

Great stay would do this unit again.
The unit was fresh, color combinations were great, furnishings were comfortable and amenities were good. Our family enjoyed the stay the hospitality and attentiveness of the management company. We plan to stay at this unit again. Thank you for the followup and communication throughout this rental.

Beautiful property
Things were attended to quickly when there was an issue. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves was a dream!! I’m pretty selective and this one is well maintained and a nice clean condo.

Girls Trip - Condo was great
Everything was as it was listed. No issues whatsoever. VRBO and Luxury Coastal was very east to work with. Loved the overflow parking across the street - Definitely a plus.

This condo is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and to get it at such a great rate ( 3 bedroom cheaper than other 2 bedroom I priced) Everthing was perfect! We will be back for sure! My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The most beautifuly decorated condo I have ever stayed in!! Next time I will bring an umbrella for the patio. We Loved It!!!

Best Views
We sincerely enjoyed our stay! Check-in was easy and check-out was a breeze. We cooked in and spent lots of time on the beach, which was not overcrowded. Highly recommend!

Great ocean view condo. Clean, modern and large. Love how each bedroom had its own bath. View is breathtaking and balcony is very large so the whole family can enjoy together. Loved watching dolphins in the morning. Kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to come back soon.

Wonderful Condo!
This was the first time staying at Perdido Key rather than Orange Beach and I cannot say enough about the condo and beach. The condo had everything you could ask for. Location to the beach was so convenient. Parking is crazy at the condo for any size SUV but there was parking across the street if you couldn't fit in a spot. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Very Impressed!
We will be back next year to stay again! The Condo was beautiful and perfectly clean when we got there. They view was beautiful just as it was in pictures! It was very quite and peaceful (which with 2 small children is very nice at bedtime). The beds were comfy. We had others join us a few days into our trip and they couldn't say anything but nice thing about the condo. The pool was nice we had a little shade and little sun. The beach service for chair was awesome. We never bring chairs. We just rent from the beach. There was lots to do close by and the kids had a blast! Overall this stay was one for books! We will 1000% be back!

Beachfront Paradise!!
Our family recently spent our spring break here and enjoyed every minute. The condo sits directly in the beach, from the 15th floor balcony we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a bathroom for every room and plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely be back!

Spacious, Clean & Great View
Went to PERDIDO for spring break & nephews graduation from navy. Condo was in perfect location & very clean. We had relatives visit for dinner one evening & there was plenty of space for dinner & board games. Seeing sunrise & sunset was magic. It’s the top floor (15) so it if you are afraid of heights pick a lower floor condo. All beds were comfy except the pull out couch bed. People were cleaning elevators & lobbies daily. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Lilian’s pizza across the street was excellent & convenient.

Spring Break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was beautiful, clean and the response of the host was very quick when we had questions. Our last day there we received a “boil water advisory” which is inconvenient while on vacation but we did have our own ice and bottled water. The elevators in the building didn’t always work either, which is concerning when located on the top floor. But none of this was in the host’s control. We would highly recommend this property for families and we would stay there again!

Glorious Thanksgiving
Beautiful condo, with comfortable and nicely appointed furnishings made our stay delightful. The three bedrooms AND THREE BATHS, was perfect for myself, my adult son and two friends. The weather was beautiful and the penthouse balcony provided excellent views of both sunrise and sunset. The one thing that could have made our meal prep better would have been a cutting board in the kitchen. Management was a literal lifesaver in helping one of our guests receive a package of diabetic supplies being delivered to the condo by UPS. The only negative was the extremely tight turn radius required of both vehicle and driver to enter the entrance and exit driveways to the property. Thankfully, our drivers were highly skilled and Don’t drink! 1501 Windermere will definitely be at the top of the list for next year!

A Must Return
Our experience could not have been better. We greatly enjoyed the ability to exit from the Ground Level and have our feet in the sand in only a few steps. The accommodations were superb and the location can not be beat. The views were fantastic and the crowds were minimal due to the buildings location, which was perfect for our needs. The garage access was easy and accesses to and from the building were excellent. We will be back.
