This unit was exactly as it was described. The layout worked great. We had 2 families (7 people total) and we were very comfortable. The unit came with plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very clean, even the cabinets and drawers (we are unpackers) were dustless! The host was very helpful as well. They were easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Had a great time!
The property was very clean and was as depicted in the photos. There were plenty of towels, which was awesome. I, for one, really liked the flooring of this unit, compared to other units at this property. The couch was very large and comfortable. I actually fell asleep on it once, as did others in our party. The living room was well seated and a great hangout spot. The kitchen had all the things we needed and the four-slot toaster was a hit. Overall, great experience!

Waking up to an Amazing view!
We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 children and everyone was comfortable.. This condo has everything you need. My only concern was the bunk room Was much smaller than anticipated and would work better for younger kids but my girls pulled out the sofa sleeper and loved it because they had TV and was able to wake up to an amazing view... this is a great choice, you won't be disappointed

This is a great condo. Has everything you need in it. And the view is wonderful. It is in a quiet area. Not a lot of traffic This condo looks far better than the pictures. Charlene was great to work with. She was very prompt when I emailed her. We have stayed in lots of condos, And booking this one was so easy. Charlene will do it all. We hope to stay in this condo again.

We enjoyed our stay! Great views and comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Wish we had a better heads up about the parking situation (or lack thereof) on-site. Building is older so we understand that parking spots for Airbnb guests were lacking; small section to park. Easy overflow parking across the street was seen so easy enough to park there if you can't find a spot right in front of the building. It also didn't seem clear to us what to do with our trash at checkout. Didn't know about the garbage chute. We were given the wrong Wi-Fi network and passcode in our introduction email from the management team. They were nice and quick with correct Wi-Fi instructions when we reached out. The building has a no-smoking policy that our upstairs neighbors did not abide by so smoke came into our condo at times. We could clearly hear their conversations and footsteps. Not the best upstairs neighbors! Not anyone's fault and not constant, so we did not report.

Clean, Quiet, Beautiful.
Exceeded expectations. Gorgeous view. Clean, had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Highly recommend. This is a smaller complex. Easy access to the beach and pool. No wait for elevators. Not at all crowded. October was the perfect time to go!

Had an amazing vacation! Loved the Condo!
Very clean and spacious for our family of 5 with 4 adults and a 17 year old. The bunky room is great for small kids but tall teen was not able to sleep in it comfortably. Large sectional couch/pull out was great for him! The balcony furniture like new, clean and comfortable. Great view! Large, very clean pool! Charcoal grills on the lower level, clean and easy to use! Close to grocery stores and several state parks with beautiful beach access!!
Only downsides: Parking spaces are very small hard to get large vehicles in. Overflow lot across the street with much easier parking but needs a crosswalk. Limited space on the beach. Half the beach access is reserved for umbrella rental company plus condo guests set up their stuff on the beach at sunrise and save spots all day even when not in use. So get to the beach early if you want a good spot.
Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend this condo!

Windermere property
The property was well maintained although when we got there all of the patio furniture was inside of the house. The property is undergoing some construction from the hurricane but it didn't disrupt our stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Stay at Windemere 807
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 days at Windemere 807. It was very comfortable and spacious. My only wish was that there had been more hooks to hang towels, etc. on. With a group of 5, we found it challenging to hang things to dry.

Family-friendly and steps to the sand!
We enjoyed our stay, overall a wonderful condo. Just steps away from pool and beach. Great location in Perdido Key, not overly crowded. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The property had a designated spot near the boardwalk for sharing beach toys/gear - you can take from it and use what's there and/or leave things behind for other guests which is a nice touch. There was a grill on the property - we didn't use it this time but nice to have around. Master shower water pressure was fantastic after a day at the beach. We had wifi issues initially, but they sent someone out promptly who fixed the problem. Just a few things to mention and some suggestions.The patio furniture was a little worn, cushions would have been nice - the view is so beautiful we ate several meals on the balcony but could have been more comfortable. There is a skinny/tall dresser in the small room with the bunk beds that the TV is on top of - it's very wobbly and precarious, we were worried a slight bump would knock the TV over. DVD player only in that room, cable or TV with apps would have been nice for the kids when adults wanted to hang in living room at night. About time for a new dishwasher - very hard to lock/unlock. The blinds were cracked in one of the front bedrooms. Light-blocking curtains would be nice in both front bedrooms. Again, overall a fantastic stay, just some ideas for improvement for future. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for a great vacation!

everything was just as advertised. We had a great trip in a beautiful condo, very comfortable beds and furniture made for a relaxing time. Amenities were wonderful and all was clean and working right. The view from the large balcony which had plenty of seating was something to look forward to with our coffee every morning and wine every night. I would certainly go there again and again.

Great stay!
We had a great stay here. We had 4 adults and a 4 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great view from the balcony and the room entrance. I really only had 2 minor issues, the door knob needs replaced because it's difficult to unlock and parking can be inconvenient, not enough spaces to accommodate all residents. We had to park up the street several nights. Other than that.... Highly recommended!

The only bad thing was that we had to leave!
This is a great condo. I almost don't want to write this review - because I want this condo to be available for our next trip. I am super picky about the condo I choose. I spend a lot of time researching before I book a condo. I have stayed in several other units on Perdido Key and I would rate this unit very highly. We really liked it. I was worried that the bunk room would have uncomfortable beds, but they were great. A 42-year-old woman used the room and really liked it. The master bath is a lot bigger than the photos show. It was really nice. (and not slippery like it is in a very expensive condo up the beach) The beds were all comfortable. The doors to the balcony opened easily. (another pet peeve of mine) The balcony is also larger than it looks in the photos. Plus - you can't see your neighbors from the balcony at all. Total privacy. Windemere is really close to the water, so the view is great. The eighth floor is a great height. High enough to see down the beach, but low enough to see dolphins really well, etc... The furniture felt new and clean, as did the carpeting. This condo is a good choice. We had a great stay!

Weekend getaway
My family and I had a wonderful time staying here for a weekend in the fall. The condo has beautiful gulf front views and was clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and focused on making your stay as enjoyable as possible. We hope to visit again in the future.

Perfect get away!
After MUCH research for the perfect condo, I finally found one! There are just somethings that I'm picky on and spending money on a vacation and condo is one of those. I have certain criteria that must be met when I'm on vacation. This condo hit all of those needs. The condo is located in a very quiet part of Perdido Key on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The condo itself was perfect. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I loved having breakfast on the balcony and watching the dolphins play every morning. I only have two suggestions...the hot tub needs to be a little warmer (at least during the spring months!) and I would have loved to have at least one day with the beach lounge chairs included. Overall, this was a great vacation for myself and 3 children and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely Fabulous
We are a family of 6. We have kids ranging from 4 to 16 and EVERYONE in my family loved this unit. No one wanted to leave with our youngest stating, matter-of-factly, that she thought we should live there permanently. The location was great with easy access to the beach and attractions. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The check-in/out process was so easy we didn't even have to think about it. We didn't experience a single issue while we were there so it was one of the best vacations my family has taken. We are already looking forward to another week's stay there next summer.

Parking is tight
The unit was nice and clean. the space was spacious. Loved the balcony. The biggest problem with this unit, is there are no designated parking spots and the parking lot is very small. Just something to keep in mind, that you may have to park across the street in over flow.

Perfect place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay!!! The listing was very accurate......the pictures were exactly what you got and more! The only negative part was having to leave such a beautiful condo. It was so easy to book this condo and appreciate the wonderful service from the owner and rental company. I can not say enough about our stay and all the extra amenities. We hope to return again to this same condo. Great experience for our first time to Perdido Key.

Great view of Gulf. Accomodations were very nice, great patio furnishi gs. Beds and mattesses were wonderful. Only suggestions would be instructions for main TV, a Keurig and a better hair dryer. We brought our own but did check theirs out but it didn't work well at all, but those were small problems. Would definitely stay there again!!

The condo was beautiful. Well maintained and equipped. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The location was fantastic for a family and small boys. Parking was not an issue for us but it was not "busy" season yet. The ramp to get into the rental parking is a bit scary. The grounds and the public areas were spotless....I mean spotless! Everyone we came into contact with were extremely friendly, even with our two noisy young grandsons, the other renters (or possibly owners) were all smiles. We truly loved our stay here. Thank you for a vacation of a lifetime for my grandsons.

This condo was decorated very nice and all of the furniture was very comfortable. You have a private balcony with a breathtaking view and an uncrowded beach. The heated pool feels wonderful for a change from the sand and ocean water. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are all very convenient. We loved Perdido Key, it is a quiet area without all the crowds and traffic but a few minutes in either direction and you can find anything you want. Charlene and Chris were great to work with and took care of everything for us. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Comfortable, clean and VIEW!
Just spent a week in Windemere 807 and it was delightful. It was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have wanted or needed! Loved the large balcony.....and of course the view. Windemere is a lovely property; pool, pool deck and hot tub are all well maintained - - - and offer a great view of the beach and Gulf! The management company made everything very easy - - - reserving, arriving and departing! I really appreciated all the "starter products" for the kitchen and bathrooms, too! The only concern we had was parking. The parking ramps and small lot were a bit challenging; it does help having the extra parking available across the street. We would love to go back again next year!

Almost perfect
We love this place! The condo is more than comfortable and the kitchen has everything. The view is spectacular and we love to sit on the balcony. However, even though smoking on the balconies is against the rules, we smell cigarette smoke often when we are out there and it is having a negative impact on our vacation.

Great Mardi Gras Vacay
Beautiful condo, well decorated, comfy beds and we loved the bonus bunk room for the kids. The balcony was big with a perfect view of beach and pool /hot tub. Bonus was the nice towels, larger than most and not stiff like most other condos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Amazing Service and Perfect Location
My mom had stayed in this very condo in May and had wonderful things to say. She brought us back this September. Upon arriving we could tell the condo was going to feel like a home-away-from-home. It was the perfect amount of space for 5 adults and a toddler. A place for everyone. We had all we could possibly need for the week including kitchen utensils, washer and dryer and plenty of towels. The best part is the location!!!!! Just walk out the back and you are on the beach. Amazing. Every morning we woke up to dolphins swimming - which being on the 8th floor - made for a great view. I think what was most impressive about our experience was the attentiveness and availability of the owner. Anytime we needed anything or had a question, they immediately responded with service and care that is unmatched in any industry. This is something, as a business owner myself, that is so important and what retains loyal customers. This is why we will be back and request this unit specifically.
