We were highly impressed with the condo and location. There is 24 hr security with a "watch-man" Highly recommend staying here with a large group. There was enough space for everyone and our things.

This unit was amazing! Our family of 13 was very well accommodated. Access to beach was fantastic. Indoor/outdoor pool was needed on days we needed a break from beach. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great stay

Amazing place!
This condo is amazing. Anything you could possibly need, they have. Walking distance to the beach and the bay, bars, breakfast, and the liquor store. Beautiful views. Home is beautifully decorated and equipped, fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Amazing place
This is our second stay at Mediterranean West. We love the location, and the condo is well stocked and very comfortable for a big group. The beds are great! Spacious rooms, walk in showers. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Will definitely book again!

This is our second time staying in this building although first time in the particular unit. It was clean and cozy when we arrived. I would have liked if the construction was pointed out on the main booking page in addition to the fine print at the bottom of the contract. We really missed access to the balcony. Property managers were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would book there again.

This unit is as amazing as the photographs suggest. First, it is enormous with a spacious kitchen, large dining room table, and great living area. The master suite is wonderful with the tiled shower and large bathtub, and there is plenty of room in the other three bedrooms. The unit also has a great view of the beach and is truly right on the beach. Also, there is a pool that has both an outside and inside component. In short, the unit worked very well for our family, and we would use it again without hesitation. Also, the unit is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cooking instruments, a wine rack, an ice maker, 2 microwaves, a large refrigerator, a double oven, and a blender. And it has an enormous wrap around balcony that covers the entire half of the condo tower. The unit is also very private, as you need a key fob to enter the lobby and use the elevator. Lastly, you may wonder if being right next to the Floribama is a problem, and it was not. No one in our party (5 adults and 6 kids) had any problems sleeping or enjoying the balcony.
A few things to note, though. It has a convection stove that is not very responsive and took some getting used to for cooking delicate dishes. There is only enough laundry detergent for 1-2 loads, so you will need to buy some if you plan to do more loads. Also, bring plenty of your own towels. Lastly, while you can access the beach 24/7, the pool closes at 8pm. None of these really bothered us, though, and once I got use to the stove, it worked well enough.
Overall, great unit and would definitely use again.

Best condo ever!!!
Sitting on the full wrap around balcony listening to FloraBama bands each night was a special treat. The condo was well stocked, the wet bar w ice maker and mini fridge were great for our group, and there was more than enough seating for all of us. There is a room right off the elevator landing where we stored our beach stuff each night, that helped keep some of the sand out of the unit and from cluttering up the front door. The only drawback of the condo we found is that the beds and pillows were pretty bad. The people that slept on the queen bed almost slept on the couches because that bed was so uncomfortable. If the mattresses were replaced or a topper was added the condo would be a 10 out of 10 and absolutely perfect. The rental company was outstanding to deal with.

We had 13 of us and this place far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, incredible location. We fell in love with this place and will definitely stay here again. The ONLY thing we wish we’d had was a full size grill for hotdogs and hamburgers! Thanks for a great vacation!

This condo was ideal for our family vacation. There was so much room inside, but the huge wrap around balcony was the best! There were 4 seating areas, all with amazing views! The beach was amazing and definitely not crowded. It was everything I hoped for and more!
